Tucker Carlson recently interviewed the President of the Center for Medical Progress, David Daleiden, regarding his current case against Planned Parenthood. Daleiden’s organization, as you may recall, released undercover video footage of Planned Parenthood executives admitting to illegal practices, like selling the body parts of aborted babies.
Although the Center for Medical Progress has more explosive footage in its archives, the judge in the case is preventing them from releasing it. The reason for preventing them, however, does not seem to have any legal standing. Instead, as David points out in the interview, the move seems to be purely political. In fact, the judge in this case actually founded a Planned Parenthood clinic in California, but refuses to recuse himself from the case.
David Daleiden, the project lead at The Center for Medical Progress, discussed the gag order a judge issued to prevent him from releasing at least a dozen tapes incriminating Planned Parenthood on Tucker Carlson’s show Thursday night.
In regards to the judge, Daleiden said, “that is what is so blatantly unconstitutional about the gag order that Judge William Orrick, at the behest of his friends at Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, has issued against me and the Center of Medical Progress against releasing the further extensive undercover videotapes that we have
