Sales of firearms increased across the board in July 2016, according to the NRA’S Institute for Legislative Action. Hillary Clinton continues to blatantly lie, saying only a small minority of Americans are not in favor of stricter gun control, but the raw data paints quite a different rale.
According to the FBI, over 16 million background checks for firearm purchases were completed during the period from January through July 2016, an increase of more than one third over the same period last year. July’s standalone numbers were up even more, with a 37% increase. And while completed background checks don’t track one for one with firearm purchases, the trend is such that it is transparent and obvious that gun ownership is expanding in the United States, not shrinking as Dems would like us to believe.
