A popular meme and parody page based on the likeness of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was recently handed a permanent ban on the social media platform, Twitter. Apparently the parody page gained unwanted popularity on the politically pawned social media platform, so Twitter's PC police shut it down completely...

The account was identified as an official “parody page” based strictly with humor in mind, while operating under all the proper Twitter regulations. The account amassed over 85,000 twitter followers before it was terminated for “unclear reasons.” Via The Daily Wire.

The man responsible for the AOC parody account, Mike Morrison, also had his personal Twitter account permanently banned from the social media platform. Morrison believes the reasoning behind the bans of both his pages are 100% politically fueled. Reported Fox News.

According to Human Events, Morrison was contacted by Twitter officials and offered an explanation about why his page was banned. Within the email screen shot provided by Morrison, Twitter acknowledges meme and parody pages are allowed on the platform, but supposedly his comedic rhetoric was too similar to comments made by real socialists.

"You may not register or create fake and misleading accounts. While you may use Twitter pseudonymously or as a parody, commentary, or fan account, you may not use misleading account information in order to engage in spamming, abusive, or disruptive behavior, include attempts to manipulate the conversations on Twitter," an email from Twitter said.

"You may also not ‘post duplicative or substantially similar content, replies, or mentions over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account or create duplicate or substantially similar accounts,'" the email to Morrison added.

Although Morrison’s AOC parody account followed Twitter’s rules and regulations regarding online parody, the account was exterminated from the platform without any hesitation or notice. Morrison feels his page was censored because it comes from the political angle opposite those who run the mainstream media.

"I think Twitter banned AOC Press for the increasing amounts of attention it’s been receiving lately," Morrison said of the ban.

"In the past month and a half alone the account grew by roughly 50,000 followers. We’ve had tweets with over 30,000 likes on them, so I think Twitter decided it was time for [the account] to go," Morrison claimed. "They didn’t like how popular an account created by their political opposition had become."

Over the last couple months, the attack and censorship of conservative speech via social media, has become a major concern for anyone who truly cares about free speech. Publically labeling yourself as a “conservative or “Republican” on social media automatically paints a target on your back whether you like it or not.

For example, conservative based, and award winning actor Jimmy Woods was recently suspended from his twitter page that totes over 2 million followers. According to The Daily Wire reports, Woods was told he was suspended for “violating Twitter rules” against the “abusive behavior” agreement.

"If you try to kill the King, you better not miss. #HangThemAll," the tweet supposedly in violation from the actor said.

Mike Morrison, and his parody page mocking AOC, becomes the latest name added to the censorship graveyard. As of recent, social media platforms Instagram and Facebook slapped down multiple permanent bans to pages who supposedly promote, "dangerous individuals and organizations" from their accounts. Some popular names who received permanent bans include Infowars founder/host Alex Jones, investigative journalist Laura Loomer, Infowars’ Paul Joseph Watson, provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos, and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
