  • North Korea vows strikes on US as Trump warns of ‘fire and fury’ – CNN
    • The back-and-forth that began with U.N. sanctions over North Korea’s missile program continues. President Trump said Tuesday the U.S. would unleash “fire and fury” on Pyongyang if their actions continued, to which Kim Jung Un announced plans to attack U.S. bases on Guam. U.S. intelligence also announced Tuesday that North Korea may now be able to place a nuclear warhead on their missiles.


  • Suspected Paris vehicle attack driver arrested – Fox News
    • Police in France opened fire on a suspect Wednesday who is believed to be behind the attack where a vehicle plowed into six soldiers. All six were severely injured, but they are expected to make full recoveries. Authorities believe they arrested the driver, but could not be certain. The motive was not immediately confirmed, but they could say that it was “without any doubt” a deliberate attack.



  • Trump Endorses Strange in Alabama Senate primary – Roll Call
    • President Trump tweeted his “complete and total endorsement” for Luther Strange Tuesday Night. The primary next week will determine which GOP candidate in the 9-way race will replace Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the Senate. Strange has been holding the seat since Sessions was appointed.
